About the Role

This onsite position within the Vascular Diagnostics department at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, serves as a critical component of our patient care team. As a Registered Vascular Specialist or Technologist, you will independently perform vascular sonography in accordance with the organization's scope, standards, and mission. You will act as a subject matter expert, providing board-certified level care with minimal supervision.

In this fast-paced environment, you will prepare patients for procedures, assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac and vascular interventions, and analyze imaging results. Your role involves educating patients to ensure their understanding and cooperation while continuously monitoring their condition. You will also be responsible for selecting appropriate imaging parameters, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining strict safety and quality control standards.
