About the Team

AdventHealth East Orlando is a 300-bed full-service community hospital that became part of the AdventHealth System in 1991. We proudly serve approximately 180,000 patients annually, including over 16,700 inpatients and 79,330 outpatients. The hospital features established, experienced multi-specialty teams, including Critical Care, Anesthesia, OR Staff, and Cath Lab Staff, alongside an extremely busy emergency department.

The AdventHealth Heart Lung & Vascular Institute (HLVI) is an established leader in the fight against cardiovascular disease since 1967. Serving more than 72,000 patients each year, our cardiac care centers are supported by a team of over 1,000 specially trained nurses and technicians. We are home to more than 125 board-certified cardiologists and cardiovascular surgeons who work together to deliver comprehensive heart care. The HLVI is one of the busiest centers of its kind in the nation, holding national rankings including #1 in Cardiology volume and #1 in Vascular Surgery volume.

About the Role

AdventHealth Central Florida Division is expanding the vascular surgery program in the East Orlando area and seeking dynamic vascular surgeons to join our group. This position is ideal for a physician looking to build a new practice and program at our East Orlando campus. You will join a well-established and respected group of five physicians based at our major quaternary facility, AdventHealth Orlando.

In this role, you will see a broad array of cases, both open and endovascular, in a fast-paced and busy environment. The opportunity includes the benefits of a collegial team atmosphere, mentoring, and cross-coverage. As part of the AdventHealth Medical Group, you will benefit from a sister organization model that employs over 900 physicians in over 60 specialties, providing strong practice management experience that allows you to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
