We are seeking an experienced Valet Parking Operations Manager to lead our Houston market operations. This role is critical for maintaining the high standards our clients expect while managing the complexities of high-volume restaurant and hospitality environments. You will serve as the primary liaison between United Valet and our key stakeholders, including restaurant owners, general managers, and hotel leadership.
In this position, you will ensure the consistent execution of service and appearance standards across multiple accounts. Your day will involve active site management, resolving guest complaints, and coordinating with senior leadership on staffing strategies and account performance. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the Houston hospitality landscape and the ability to drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of accountability and guest satisfaction.
Candidates must possess direct, hands-on valet parking operations experience within restaurant or hospitality settings to be considered for this position.
