About the Role
We are actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Zavala County, Texas, and surrounding communities. If you live in or near Crystal City, this is a great opportunity to earn supplemental or full-time income on your own schedule.
As a Field Inspector, you will perform residential occupancy verifications. These are brief, exterior visits designed to confirm property status and report on general conditions. The workflow is built for efficiency, with standard inspections typically requiring only 5–6 minutes on-site. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory, enjoying stable, month-to-month volume in your assigned county.
This role involves spending extended periods driving and making numerous stops throughout the day in a spacious rural county with longer drives between stops. A fuel-efficient vehicle and comfort with country roads are especially valuable for success in this territory.
