We are seeking a Utility Program Manager to join our Expansion team and lead operations for utility-funded energy efficiency programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing operations and contractor performance, and wants to play a key role in expanding impactful energy programs across the state.
As the primary point of contact between CEDA and implementation contractors, you will ensure work is completed accurately and on time. You will drive solutions to identify bottlenecks, oversee QA/QC workflows, and analyze performance data to improve program efficiency. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team that is scaling operations and increasing production volume to serve more communities.

Experience with utility rebate programs (ComEd or similar). Familiarity with single-family and multifamily energy efficiency programs. Knowledge of QA/QC processes and compliance requirements. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Asana, or Power BI. Background in energy efficiency or building science. BPI Certification or similar.
