We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Support Analyst to serve as the critical bridge between our end users and our technical teams. This role is designed to ensure a smooth transition for users by providing frontline support, managing escalations, and maintaining clear, consistent communication throughout the support lifecycle.
While deep IT expertise is not required, a basic understanding of software systems will help you navigate our tools effectively. You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure is essential. Your day-to-day involves being the first point of contact for users, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring that every interaction is documented with precision.
Beyond immediate issue resolution, you will play a key role in improving our support ecosystem. By collaborating with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and monitoring rollout progress, you will help identify trends and recurring problems to report directly to leadership. You will also assist in creating and maintaining the support documentation and FAQs that empower our users to find answers quickly.
