About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Research Analyst to support cyber and intelligence operations at Fort Eisenhower, GA, under the IAE program. This role exists to provide essential analysis, modeling, and decision-support capabilities across cyberspace operations, contingency planning, and strategic engagements. You will bridge the gap between complex data and actionable operational insights, ensuring the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) remains secure and effective.
In this position, you will utilize Big Data Platforms, End Point Security, and SIEM tools to conduct deep-dive analysis and develop comprehensive reports. Your work will directly impact how the team responds to and mitigates threats. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in mentoring junior and mid-level staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Master's degree with 8+ years of experience. CySA+ certification. Experience supporting DoD cyber or intelligence missions. Experience with cyber defensive tools, such as end point security, SIEM, and big data analytical platforms.
