As a key member of the Tire and Battery Center team, you will be the face of our automotive services, guiding members through their vehicle needs with expertise and empathy. Your day will involve maintaining a safe and organized sales floor, managing tire and battery inventory, and ensuring all merchandise is presented according to company standards. You will act as a trusted advisor, using tools like Sam's Garage to recommend the safest products, explain warranties, and assist with purchasing decisions.
You will play a central role in the service workflow, triaging appointments and communicating effectively with members regarding order status, lead times, and installation schedules. By leveraging digital tools and handheld devices, you will help drive efficiency and enhance the member experience. Beyond technical tasks, you will serve as a brand advocate, modeling high-quality service and influencing team members to uphold our values of integrity, respect, and excellence.
