You will be the face of the Membership experience, dedicated to promoting the benefits of our products and services while driving membership growth. Your day-to-day involves a dynamic mix of member engagement, operational support, and safety stewardship.
You will spend your time assisting members with purchasing decisions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through membership upgrades and credit account management. Beyond member interaction, you will play a key role in fulfilling orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, and securing items to ensure accuracy and timely delivery. This role requires you to maintain a safe facility by adhering to strict safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, and properly handling hazardous materials.
