About the Role

At Sam's Club, this position serves as a vital bridge between our members and the value we provide. You will be the face of our membership program, dedicated to promoting the benefits of our products and services while ensuring a seamless experience for every member who walks through our doors. The role exists to drive membership growth, maintain operational excellence in our facilities, and deliver the high standard of service that defines our brand.

Your day will be a dynamic mix of member engagement and operational execution. You will actively participate in sales and marketing events, assisting members with purchasing decisions, resolving concerns, and guiding them through membership upgrades or credit account inquiries. Simultaneously, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of our facility by conducting safety sweeps, adhering to strict hazardous material handling protocols, and managing order fulfillment processes like "Fax n Pull" and "Click n Pull." From scanning and palletizing items to collaborating with managers on improvement opportunities, you will balance direct member service with the critical behind-the-scenes work that keeps our operations running smoothly.
