About the Role

This position is designed to implement the business plan for your area of responsibility by effectively communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, and workloads. You will serve as a key leader in ensuring facility goals regarding production, quality, and safety are met. Your day-to-day involves monitoring and analyzing business reports to manage productivity, while simultaneously ensuring all associates are trained on Logistics and company policies.

You will act as a mentor and developer for associates and leaders, identifying training needs and participating in the hiring, coaching, and evaluation processes. A core part of your role is to respect the individual by building high-performing teams that embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences. You will work collaboratively to create a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.

In this role, you will serve our customers and members by delivering results with a customer-first mindset. You will make data-driven decisions that balance short and long-term priorities, considering the needs of customers, associates, shareholders, and suppliers. You will also strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvements through the adoption of new technologies and skills.
