About the Role

We are looking for strong Advanced Practice Providers to join our 45-clinic (and growing) community care system. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our network, you will assume total care of patients under the direction of a physician in our private and rural health care clinic in Sonora, CA. You will follow established standards, procedures, and best practices, providing specific patient modalities to clinic staff.

We take very good care of our Advanced Providers, as they are an integral part of our growth strategy. The position is full-time with flexible hours, and some training will be provided. Relocation assistance is available for up to $3,000.
