We are seeking Upholsterers and Assemblers to join our production team. This is a hands-on, skill-based position designed for individuals who take pride in detail and enjoy working with their hands. You will be instrumental in producing furniture that meets rigorous quality standards, utilizing fabric, foam, wood, and hardware.
In this role, you will read work tickets, follow build instructions, and utilize both hand and air tools to assemble components. The work involves inspecting your own output, problem-solving fit or material issues, and rotating across tasks to support the production flow. It is an opportunity for stable, full-time work where your craftsmanship directly contributes to the final product.
This is an active role requiring you to be on your feet for 8–10 hours per shift. You will engage in repetitive hand and arm movements such as pulling, stapling, and positioning materials. The job involves regular lifting of items weighing 25–40 lbs, with occasional lifts up to 75 lbs with support. Please note that the production environment is non-air-conditioned and includes standard manufacturing conditions, including fabric dust.

We pride ourselves on a consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM) with no rotating shifts.
