About the Role
As a Furniture Upholstery Specialist, you will be the artful hand behind our custom pieces. Upholstery is the art of providing furniture, especially seats, with padding, springs, webbing, and fabric or leather covers. In this role, you will work as part of a team to meet or exceed production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will follow a detailed sequence of tasks, from inspecting and repairing sofa frames to selecting fabrics, cutting materials, and assembling the final product. This position requires a consistent, energetic individual comfortable working in a non-climatized environment with dust and noise.

Hiring Process & Training
We are committed to your success and safety. All new hires must complete a 90-day training period during which employment may be separated based on daily evaluations of performance, safety adherence, and ability to follow company policies. During this time, you will be evaluated on your ability to work safely, follow written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and improve. We look for candidates who are honest, punctual, and ready to take responsibility for their work.
