The Universal Teller I position is the face of the "IBC Experience." In this in-office role, you will be responsible for conducting and processing various customer bank transactions while delivering prompt, efficient, and friendly service. Beyond standard processing, you will maintain a balanced cash drawer and develop the skills to build customer relationships, identifying products and services that meet their specific banking needs.
