In the Group Benefits Business Unit, you will take ownership of a dynamic, high-growth business that truly walks the talk. This role is designed for goal-driven professionals ready to take their career to the next level by performing and presenting complex data analysis for multi-national accounts across various lines of coverage and funding mechanisms.
You will serve as a lead data consultant, managing large projects from inception through post-implementation assessment. Your day will involve presenting analytical findings and financial recommendations to key business leaders, demonstrating strong client-facing skills to engender confidence in your data. You will provide critical insights on funding methodologies, analyze plan utilization and financial trends, and collaborate with Client Executives to drive strategic direction. Additionally, you will mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, assist in the RFP process as an Analytics Subject Matter Expert, and take ownership of an assigned book of business to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.
