About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between Truist and our clients, dedicated to providing timely and efficient completion of transactions while maintaining accurate records and the proper handling of all monies. The role goes beyond standard teller duties to deliver superior quality service by identifying and understanding the client's financial needs. You will be cross-trained to support sales and service activities, with a particular focus on assisting with outbound calling and supporting Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to ensure seamless delivery of Truist expertise.
In this role, you will engage clients with a distinctive experience, facilitating courteous conversations and conducting both complex and standardized transactions. You will educate clients on digital and self-service solutions, such as ATMs, online, and mobile banking, to enhance their service experience. Additionally, you will support the team sales process by participating in client outreach, checking for offers, and identifying opportunities to fulfill needs or refer clients to appropriate specialists.

Requirements

Nice to Have
One year of client relationship building or sales experience. Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management and loss prevention. Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building. General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
