The Unit Field Trainer serves as the first level of management within the Branch Sales Office. This position is pivotal in driving the recruitment, onboarding, and on-the-job training of sales agents while simultaneously maintaining personal production standards. The role exists to ensure that new agents are effectively mentored and supported in their development strategies, fostering a culture of success and compliance within the team.
In this capacity, you will provide day-to-day guidance and consultation to your downline of agents. Your focus will be on helping agents achieve their production goals through active mentoring and joint field work, which may include appointment sharing and commission splits. Beyond training, you will play an instrumental role in recruiting efforts and facilitating licensing training for other agents, ensuring the branch meets its stated goals through a strong, knowledgeable sales force.
