The Unit Field Trainer serves as the first level of management within the Branch Sales Office. The role acts as a bridge between new talent and established success, ensuring that agents are equipped with the necessary skills to thrive in a competitive environment.
In this capacity, you will provide day-to-day guidance, consultation, and mentoring to help agents develop effective production strategies. Beyond training, you will actively participate in management team meetings and support the Branch Sales Office in meeting its stated goals. A key aspect of the role involves conducting on-the-job training through joint field work with new agents, which includes appointment sharing and commission splits to foster practical learning and immediate application of skills.
