About the Role
The Unit Field Trainer serves as the first level of management within the Branch Sales Office. This position is pivotal for driving team success, acting as the primary mentor for sales agents while simultaneously maintaining personal production standards. The role exists to ensure a steady pipeline of talent through effective recruitment and onboarding, while fostering a culture of compliance and high performance.
In this position, you will provide day-to-day guidance and consultation to help agents develop their production strategies. You will be accountable for the performance and policy adherence of your downline of agents. A key part of your day involves conducting on-the-job training through joint field work with new agents, which includes appointment sharing and commission splits. You will also actively participate in management team meetings to support the Branch Sales Office in meeting its stated goals.
