As an Underground Miner, you will be an essential part of a high-performing team dedicated to meeting site production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety. The role involves operating various pieces of hand, powered, or mobile equipment and requires a strong commitment to teamwork and adherence to Loss Control, Environmental, and company policies.
You will work in a dynamic environment where safety is paramount. The role includes performing pre-operational inspections on all machinery, complying with state and federal health and safety regulations, and executing specific operational tasks such as haulage, rockbreaking, conveyor operation, and utilities management. A key aspect of this position is the ability to adapt to a rotating schedule of nights and days, ensuring continuous operations.
