About the Role

This position serves as a critical leadership point for our Hybrid Security solutions, partnering with Electronic Security, Global Risk Services, CyberSecurity, and Remote Services (iSOC) divisions. You will manage security services and related operations at an assigned site, providing leadership and guidance to a team of security officers to ensure effective performance and adherence to protocols.

Your day will involve maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while interacting with clients, visitors, and the public in a professional manner. You will be responsible for preparing post orders, managing staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training. The role demands the ability to handle both common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently, responding to emergencies and investigating disturbances to ensure the safety of people and property. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to utilize innovative access control technology at client-specific sites.

Physical Context

This is an active role requiring significant physical engagement throughout the shift. You will be expected to walk and stand for extended periods, completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1–2 miles. The position involves frequently climbing stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. You must maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
