About the Role
We are seeking security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly regarded team in West Memphis. This role is designed for individuals who share our values and are passionate about providing crucial security services.
As an Unarmed Patrol Security Officer, you will play a vital role in preventing and deterring crime. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing regular and random patrols of multiple premises, reporting security-related incidents and hazards, and operating emergency equipment when necessary. You will also be responsible for documenting nightly operations, filing weekly reports, and investigating property breaches.
Success in this position requires strong conflict resolution skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently. You must be willing to work a flexible roster, including weekends and 2nd shifts, and possess reliable transport and an active cellphone.
Hiring Process
Prior law enforcement, military, or one year of security experience is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate. To apply, please submit your application today.
