You will join the Women's Imaging Outreach department, a specialized unit dedicated to high-risk obstetrical care and maternal-fetal medicine. Our mission is to provide comprehensive diagnostic imaging and support for patients across the neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups, ensuring safe and effective evaluation and treatment under the guidance of perinatologists.
This position serves as a critical link in the care continuum, performing comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound examinations and ultrasound-guided invasive procedures. You will work independently and collaboratively within a team to conduct complex scans, including nuchal translucency, fetal echocardiograms, Doppler assessments, and biophysical profiles. The role requires a proactive approach to patient safety, encouraging patients to actively participate in their own care while maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict hospital protocols.
In addition to a competitive salary, this role offers a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Shift differentials are available: 17% for weekday nights, 26% for weekend nights, and 15% for weekend days. Candidates must possess essential credentials, including an ARDMS or Ultrasound Certification, a valid New Mexico Driver's License, and specific state licensure.
