As a Settlement Officer VP in Wealth Management Solutions, Trust & Estates, you will oversee the administration of the trust, assuming primary responsibility for its settlement. This role serves as the central hub for daily interactions with clients, internal partners, and outside intermediaries. You will engage in complex problem-solving and risk management activities, interpreting trust instruments to identify entitled individuals and determining the appropriate form of settlement to protect the Bank. The position offers a dynamic environment where you will work with a diverse team to resolve legal and tax issues, coordinate with investment and operations teams, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
