About the Role
This position serves as a vital guardian of our fleet's safety and regulatory standing. You will be the bridge between our drivers and the complex landscape of DOT and FMCSA regulations, ensuring that every mile driven adheres to the highest standards of compliance. Your work ensures that our driver qualification files, maintenance records, and safety protocols are meticulously maintained, creating a culture where safety is proactive rather than reactive.
In this role, you will not only monitor Hours of Service and licensing but also lead training sessions that empower our drivers and management with the latest regulatory updates and accident prevention strategies. From investigating incidents to managing drug and alcohol testing programs, your analytical skills and attention to detail will directly contribute to preventing future occurrences and fostering a secure working environment.
