About the Role
XPO is seeking established driver teams to operate dedicated routes between XPO facilities in Kansas City, KS. This over-the-road position is designed exclusively for teams with a CDL-A, offering the freedom of long-haul driving while eliminating the frustrations of waiting at customer sites. Through our in-house, no-touch freight system, drivers enjoy loads that run directly between facilities, ensuring a streamlined experience.
A typical work week consists of 4-5 days on the road followed by 2 days of time at home. While schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions, the role provides a consistent rhythm for those who thrive on the open road. Drivers operate in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators, supported by an extensive network of over 160 XPO shops and fueling stations to minimize delays.
