The Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program.
With the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, regional, or local routes.

Our programs are built to support your success with features like earning 80% of linehaul, weekly settlements, and payday every Friday. We provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. Additionally, we offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, general liability coverage, cargo insurance, and a Samsara ELD. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and offer awards for clean roadside inspections.
