About the Opportunity
Join our team as a CDL-A Driver supporting a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in West Memphis, AR. This full-time role is designed for drivers who thrive on an active schedule and value consistent home time. You will be responsible for delivering customer freight across a multi-state region, including Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.
The Role in Action
On average, you will deliver three loads per week, covering approximately 1,500 miles. Each load involves three stops where you will unload a full truck using roto-carts and lift gates. The position utilizes sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers. Drivers are expected to park their truck at home or a secure location when not on the road.
Compensation & Schedule
This position offers a competitive pay structure combining mileage and stop pay, along with a weekly schedule that includes a 34-hour reset for home time.
