About the Role
We are seeking CDL-A truck drivers to join our Flatbed Division. This role is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential by hauling consistent, steady miles on oversized flatbed loads. Whether you are an experienced flatbed driver or new to the division, we provide additional training during orientation to ensure you are capable and confident before hitting the road.\n You will operate a modern fleet with an average truck age of just 16 months. Our trucks, including Volvo 860s and Freightliner Cascadias, are equipped with driver-friendly features such as refrigerators, leather interiors, double curtain wraps, double bunks, and built-in inverters.
Hiring Process
All candidates must have a valid CDL-A license. We offer an all-expenses-paid orientation held in luxury hotels in Roseville, MN, and Appling, GA. After orientation, you will be ready to start earning with our competitive pay structure, including starting pay based on experience, stop pay, tarp pay, and specialized pay for over-dimensional loads and border crossings.
