About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions, available for both solo drivers and teams. Our drivers enjoy 100% no-touch freight and a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads, ensuring a smoother and more efficient driving experience. Whether you are a solo driver looking for consistent miles on long hauls or a team seeking a partnership with a supportive company, our routes are designed to keep you earning with fast pay increases and no cap on earnings.
Solo drivers can expect to start with competitive cents-per-mile rates based on experience, while teams enjoy even higher starting rates. All drivers are eligible for a safety and service bonus of $0.04 per mile. We prioritize your time off, offering home time every 1-2 weeks, and provide access to current model trucks to ensure you are driving the best equipment available.
Veteran Appreciation
We deeply value the service of our military veterans. Eligible military service members can have at least half of their time in service applied toward their starting pay rate. Additionally, 100% of 88MIC experience will count toward your starting pay. To qualify, please provide a DD214 showing an honorable discharge.
