About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers a genuine opportunity to drive modern equipment while building a career with a company that values its drivers.

Day in the Life

Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run hard able to reach close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Our Equipment

We equip our drivers with the latest technology and comfort features to make life on the road easier. Our fleet consists of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios.

Application & Hiring

To apply, candidates must possess a valid CDL A license and have at least 12 months of driving experience. We offer competitive pay tiers based on tenure, ranging from $0.53 to $0.57 CPM plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly. We also provide a pet policy allowing drivers to bring their companions for a refundable deposit.
