About the Role

We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, Ohio, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. This position offers the opportunity to service 47 states, excluding California, with a seasonal preference to avoid the Northwest during winter months. The role is built on customer needs rather than dedicated routes, though we actively work to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.

You will drive well-maintained 2020 sleeper trucks, handling drop-hook and no-touch freight. A key benefit of this position is the ability to take home your equipment if you have secure parking available. Dispatch is force-based but remains flexible, accommodating your need for home time and specific schedules. We value drivers who are super organized and communicative.

Compensation & Support

As a Company Driver, all equipment is provided at no cost to you. We offer fair compensation through low mileage rates and a weekly maximum of $1,000. Additional support includes $25 per hour for detention after two hours at a facility, and $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance occurring on the road. If you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an additional $0.50 on top of your regular revenue.
