About the Role
We are seeking a Company Driver to operate our fleet out of our yard in Obetz, OH, with plans to expand to a future terminal in the same location. As a Company Driver, you will operate company-owned, well-maintained 2020+ sleeper trucks. We provide the truck at no cost to you, allowing you to focus on the road.
This is a non-dedicated position where work is assigned based on customer needs, servicing 47 states. While we generally do not service California and advise avoiding the Northwest states during winter months, our dispatch team is force but flexible. We are actively working to build dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company, and we strive to accommodate your home time and schedule needs.
Day in the Life
You can expect to be out for approximately two weeks at a time. The role involves drop-hook operations with no-touch freight. We offer fair compensation through low mileage rates and a breakdown allowance of $200 per day for any maintenance issues on the road, with a maximum weekly cap of $1,000. Additionally, drivers receive $25 per hour for detention time exceeding two hours at a facility. If you are working on an observed holiday, you will receive an extra $50 on top of your regular revenue.
Equipment and Perks
Our fleet consists of newer sleeper trucks that are well-maintained. Drivers with secure parking may take the equipment home. We also welcome pet passengers, subject to policy.

Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a valid CDL A license with at least 3 years of experience.
- Be between 25 and 75 years of age (due to insurance requirements).
- Maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with less than one moving violation in the last two years.
- Have no Drug Test (DT) failures or Controlled Substance (CH) violations in the last 15 years.
