The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) position. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff point). This role offers a dynamic environment where you can average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with top performers reaching close to 3,000 miles.

Your Day-to-Day

You will operate in a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with inverters, 27" TVs, refrigerators, microwave spots, leather seats, and CB radios. As a driver, you will typically be out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, enjoying one day off per week while on the road. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must maintain a minimum of 8,000 miles per month.

Compensation Structure

Our pay tiers are designed to reward longevity and performance. Drivers earn a base CPM rate plus a $0.30 safety and performance bonus paid monthly:

• 1–2 years of experience: .53 CPM
• 2–3 years of experience: .55 CPM
• 3+ years of experience: .57 CPM
