About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our northern cutoff and the Northeast excluded from our routes. This role offers the opportunity to drive a modern fleet of 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with amenities like leather seats, refrigerators, and entertainment systems to ensure comfort on the long haul.

Drivers in this position can expect to average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. The position is designed for drivers who value a supportive team environment where the company's history and values remain central to operations.

Home Time and Lifestyle

As a full-time driver, you will typically be out for a minimum of 2–3 weeks at a time, returning home for one day off per week while on the road. To qualify for full-time status and earn Paid Time Off (PTO), drivers must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. We also welcome drivers with pets, offering a flexible refundable deposit structure to accommodate your furry companions.
