The Role

We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be responsible for hauling freight across 48 states, with Pennsylvania serving as our northern cutoff and the Northeast excluded from our routes. This is a home-time opportunity where drivers typically run for 2 to 3 weeks at a time, enjoying one day off per week while on the road.

To qualify as a full-time driver and become eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO), you must average a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. While the average weekly mileage ranges from 2,400 to 2,700 miles, drivers who run harder can average close to 3,000 miles per week.

Your Equipment

You will be driving modern, well-equipped 2020–2025 Freightliner Cascadia trucks. These units are designed for comfort and convenience, featuring leather seats, CB radios, inverters, a 27-inch TV, a refrigerator, and a dedicated spot for a microwave.

Pet Policy

We welcome drivers who want to bring their furry companions. We offer a pet policy requiring a $300 refundable deposit, which can be paid in full upfront or split into six payments of $50.
