About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL A drivers for our Over-The-Road (OTR) positions. You will be operating across 48 states, with the Northeast excluded (Pennsylvania serving as our cutoff). Our fleet consists of modern 2020-2025 Freightliner Cascadias equipped with inverters, 27-inch TVs, refrigerators, and leather seats to ensure comfort on the long haul.
Drivers typically average between 2,400 and 2,700 miles per week, with those who run harder reaching close to 3,000 miles. To qualify as a full-time driver and earn PTO, you must run a minimum of 8,000 miles per month. The typical schedule involves being out on the road for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time, with one day off per week while on the road.

Requirements
