About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with the potential to easily out-earn that amount through practical miles. You will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM.

Hiring Process

We fly you to orientation, which is paid time. To apply, simply call us or submit your application. We are looking for drivers with at least 12 months of CDL-A experience, who are at least 21 years old, and who can pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. We require no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years and no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
