About the Role
We are currently hiring Class A CDL Local Truck Drivers for our private fleet based in Martinsburg, WV. Drivers will operate a dedicated route from Martinsburg to various facilities and back, running a 5-day work week. This position features drop-and-hook operations with no-touch freight, allowing drivers to pack their lunch rather than their suitcase while returning home daily.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect a weekly average earning of $1,600 to $1,850, with top performers averaging $110,000 annually. The starting rate is $29.00 per hour with overtime pay after 8 hours daily. A weekly minimum guarantee of 40 hours is provided, with pay rates and guarantees increasing at the 6-month and 12-month marks.
Benefits for drivers and their families begin on day one and include medical and dental insurance, $50,000 in life insurance, a 401(k) with company contribution, 8 paid holidays, and vacation time after 6 months. The orientation for this position is paid.
