As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety features like inward and outward facing in-cab cameras. Your primary mission is to deliver construction materials to customer locations, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor during every interaction.
This role offers a unique opportunity to be a floater covering different routes. You will typically make 10 to 25 stops per week, utilizing a Moffett forklift to unload trailers. The schedule is designed for work-life balance, running Monday through Friday with home daily. While the primary dispatch time ranges between 3 AM and 5 AM, you will be on call every third Saturday. You will be on the move with Penske, and so will your career, with tons of training opportunities available and the ability to move to a new city across our nationwide locations.
