Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers who value the freedom of over-the-road (OTR) driving but desire the support of a larger organization. Our program is designed to give you access to a wide variety of lanes and consistent freight, allowing you to pick what works best for your business.

From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable loads, we are committed to supporting you. We offer flexible lease terms ranging from one to three years, ensuring you can find a path that fits your financial goals. With no money down and no credit check required, we make it easier to get behind the wheel of a 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo truck.

Earning Potential and Lifestyle

Our program is built on the principle that you earn more by running. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. Top performers in our network earn gross weekly amounts ranging from $4,300 to $5,400, with significant take-home pay. We also offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and completion bonuses for two-year leases.

As a contractor, you will earn 70-72% of the gross revenue. We provide fuel discounts based on DOE diesel prices, and you receive 100% of our fuel discounts. To keep your overhead manageable, we offer no fixed expenses for the first two weeks, along with affordable weekly rates for plates and trailer usage.

Application and Hiring Process

To join our team, candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL driver's license. We require at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, a stable work history, an acceptable driving record, and the ability to meet all DOT requirements.
