About the Opportunity
Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers crave the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. This role is designed to bridge that gap, offering you the autonomy to choose what works best for your lifestyle while providing the support you need to succeed.
From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable freight, we are here to support you. Our goal is to help you live the lifestyle you want by giving you access to a variety of lanes and plenty of freight options.
Earning Potential and Lifestyle
We believe in rewarding hard work and consistency. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. It is as simple as that.
Our top performers demonstrate the earning power available with this model:
- The top 50% of operators earn a gross of $4,300 weekly ($1,450 take home).
- The top 20% earn a gross of $5,400 weekly ($2,300 take home).

To apply, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid Class A CDL driver's license.
- Have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience.
- Meet all DOT requirements.
- Maintain a stable, verifiable work history and an acceptable driving record.
Qualified candidates interested in a one, two, or three-year lease purchase option with no money down and no credit check are encouraged to apply.
