CDL-A Lease Driver - OTR - Dry Van

About the Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers love the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. This role is designed to bridge that gap, offering you the autonomy to pick what works best for you while providing the support needed to make it happen.

From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable freight, we are here to support you. We offer access to a variety of lanes and plenty of freight, ensuring you can build a lifestyle that fits your goals. Drivers who average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks will earn an extra 5% of their income, making it simple to earn more by running.

Lease Purchase Details

We offer flexible one, two, and three-year lease purchase options with no money down and no credit check required. Drivers will operate 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. The program includes a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a two-year lease completion bonus of $8,000 ($2,000 after year one and $6,000 after year two). At the end of the lease, purchase options are available.

Support and Benefits

As a Lease Operator, you will earn 70-72% of the gross revenue. Top performers in the top 50% earn a gross of $4,300 weekly, while those in the top 20% earn a gross of $5,400 weekly. You will receive 100% of our fuel discounts, and contractors earn a fuel surcharge based on DOE diesel prices.

We provide comprehensive support to minimize your fixed expenses, including no fixed expenses for the first two weeks. Additional support includes:

• Fuel discounts
• $110 per month for an in-cab tablet/communication device
• $15 per month for a toll/scale transponder
• $50 per week for plates
• $50 per week for trailer usage (any trailer type)
• Optional legal plan for $2.98 per week

Our lease coverage includes catastrophic insurance terms with bumper-to-bumper coverage for 30 days plus all factory warranty.

Application Requirements

To apply for this position, candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Class A CDL driver's license. Applicants must have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, meet all DOT requirements, and maintain a stable, verifiable work history with an acceptable driving record.
