About the Opportunity
Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. We understand that many drivers crave the freedom of being over-the-road (OTR) but wish they had more control over the freight they pull and the lanes they drive. Our program is designed to give you that autonomy.
As a Lease Operator, you gain access to a wide variety of freight and lanes, allowing you to pick what works best for your lifestyle. From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable loads, ATS provides the support you need to live the lifestyle you want.
Earning Potential and Lifestyle
Our model is built on performance. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. It's as simple as that.
Top performers in our program see significant returns: the top 50% earn a gross of $4,300 weekly, while the top 20% earn a gross of $5,400 weekly. Additionally, we offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a completion bonus of $8,000 for those who finish a two-year lease.
Equipment and Support
We provide modern equipment to ensure your success. Drivers operate 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. We offer flexible lease purchase options ranging from one to three years, with no money down and no credit check required.
Our support extends to your operational costs. We offer fuel discounts, and contractors earn a fuel surcharge based on DOE diesel prices. We also cover fixed expenses for the first two weeks of your lease. For your convenience, we provide in-cab tablets and communication devices, toll/scale transponders, and trailer usage options.
Application Instructions
To apply, you must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL driver's license. Candidates must have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, meet all DOT requirements, and possess a stable work history with an acceptable driving record.
