About the Opportunity

Anderson Trucking Service is seeking Lease Purchase Drivers to join our network. This role is designed for drivers who value the freedom of over-the-road (OTR) driving but want the support of a company that helps them pick the freight and lanes that work best for their lifestyle.

We provide access to a wide variety of freight and lanes, ensuring you have the flexibility to choose what drives your success. From the moment you start your lease to the daily process of finding profitable loads, our team is dedicated to supporting your journey.

Earning Potential

Our program is built on performance. When you average 1,800 miles a week over the course of four weeks, you earn an extra 5% of your income. Top performers in the top 50% of earners can gross $4,300 weekly, while the top 20% can gross $5,400 weekly.

Lease Terms and Support

We offer flexible one, two, and three-year lease purchase options with no money down and no credit check required. Drivers operate 2019 or newer Freightliner, Peterbilt, or Volvo trucks. The lease includes catastrophic insurance coverage (bumper-to-bumper for 30 days plus all factory warranty) and purchase options available at the end of the term.

To reduce initial financial pressure, there are no fixed expenses for the first two weeks. Additional support includes fuel discounts, plate fees, and trailer usage fees. Drivers also receive 100% of fuel discounts based on DOE diesel prices.

Application Process

Interested candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL. Applicants must have at least 12 months of verifiable OTR experience, meet all DOT requirements, and maintain a stable work history with an acceptable driving record.
