About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for drivers who want to stay active while enjoying the stability of a consistent lane. The position involves hauling all dry freight, with drivers hand-unloading trailers using rollers at customer locations.
The Role in Action
Drivers on this account typically average two loads per week, covering approximately 1,750 miles. The route spans a wide geographic area, delivering to customer locations across Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. A key aspect of this role is the weekly 34-hour reset, ensuring drivers return home regularly.
Compensation & Equipment
This position offers a competitive compensation structure including CPM, load pay, and a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. Drivers will work directly with an account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks.
