We are seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers 100% touch freight with opportunities for unload, stop, and backhaul pay, ensuring a consistent and engaging daily routine. Drivers operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and benefit from convenient home-base terminals that support a stable work-life balance.
Drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per cpm depending on the route and experience level. We provide paid orientation upon completion and hiring, along with 24/7 driver support to assist you on the road.
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The selection process includes a review of driving history, a DOT physical, and a drug test. Specific disqualifiers include more than one preventable accident in the last two years, two or more moving violations in the last two years, or DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years depending on CDL status.
