About the Opportunity
Join our team as a CDL-A Driver supporting a dedicated Dollar Tree account based in West Memphis, AR. This full-time role is designed for drivers who thrive on an active schedule and value consistent home time. You will operate sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers, delivering customer freight across a multi-state region including Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.
The Role in Action
On average, you will complete three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering approximately 1,500 miles. The position requires unloading a full truckload using roto-carts and lift gates at each destination. Drivers are expected to park their truck at home or a secure location when not on the road. This role offers a competitive compensation structure based on mileage and stop pay, along with a 34-hour weekly reset to ensure you return home regularly.
