About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account with Dollar Tree. This role offers excellent earning potential and a schedule designed for consistent home time. The position is ideal for drivers who want to stay active, as it involves unloading dry freight using rollers.
The Role
Drivers on this fleet typically cover an average of 970 miles per week, completing three turns with three to five stops per load. You will operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry van trailers. A key feature of this position is the ability to take trucks home to park, provided it is safe and secure.
Schedule & Locations
This role offers a 34-hour weekly reset, typically falling on either Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, depending on the candidate's location. Deliveries are made across Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Michigan, Indiana, and Northern Kentucky.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation includes mileage pay, unload pay, and backhaul pay. In addition to weekly pay, drivers receive comprehensive benefits including health coverage, dental, life insurance, AD&D, a Health Savings Account (HSA), paid time off, and 401(k) participation. Bonus incentives and an unlimited cash referral program are also available.
